About This Property
Unit RECENTLY RENOVATED! You won't be disappointed! Call or email for a showing today! This 2 BR / 1.5 bath town home style unit is over 1000 square feet and located in a quiet 22-unit complex in southern Downtown Walnut Creek. The views are amazing! Storage space won't be an issue, as there are four large closets throughout the apartment. The complex is located up the hill from the Whole Foods and public transportation picks up at the intersection outside of the complex (County Connection, BART). We are in the heart of all that Walnut Creek has to offer...from shops/restaurants to the Iron Horse Trail, hiking trails and top-rated schools, including Las Lomas High School. Hillview Apartments is a great location because there are no other apartment buildings around our community. Unlike most Walnut Creek apartment communities, we don't have the issues that other Walnut Creek locations have like parking and theft/riffraff. Sorry, we do not allow pets. Please call or email to schedule an appointment.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
