The apartment is on the third floor of a three-family house, four houses in from Belmont Street (Rte 9). When I say this is walking distance from UMass, I mean this is the closest walk you will find from the hospital. I’m the owner and when I worked at UMass, it was less than ten minutes from leaving my door to punching in on the third floor for work. It is that close!
