Energy Star refrigerator, gas range and oven, 3/4 bathroom has shower stall, no tub. Heat/AC is a super-efficient Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Pump. A stacking washer/dryer is just off of the kitchen. A single dedicated, off-street parking space is in a private, immediately adjacent parking lot. Back 2/3 of house is owner-occupied by a 62-year old gardener. Applicants provide a one-month security, credit check, and excellent employment & personal references. Apartment is available April 1. A dog or cat is allowed with a $150 pet deposit. No additional storage. Apartment address is "25A". Tenant pays rent, electricity, gas, and internet service. Tenant shovels snow their porch and stairs.
