About This Property

Available October 15th or November 1st. Two bedroom apartment located on the second and third floor of a two family. Entire apartment is currently being repainted. Half of the kitchen cabinets are being replaced to match other cabinets. Eat-in kitchen has gas cooking and a pantry. Off the kitchen is a, heated, enclosed porch which leads to the private back deck. There is also the living room, bathroom and bedroom on this level. On the third floor is the other bedroom and there is a bonus room which could be used as storage, an office or a walk-in closet. There is a small shared backyard. You are more than welcome to start a garden back there or plant flowers. (The current tenants did just that.) The landlord will be installing in-unit laundry. Heating is gas. Parking for one car is included in the rent and a second spot is available for an additional $50 a month. No pets are preferred but the landlord is willing to consider one.
