We also offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like requesting electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease and other documents which get uploaded and for making and tracking maintenance requests. Terms: *Rent is $1350.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year. *Renters insurance is required. *The security deposit is $1350.00 and is fully refundable. *Pet Policy: Cats are accepted with a $500 pet deposit.
