Roach Infested -- RUN!!
I saw a listing for this property and spoke to management about my medical condition before signing a lease. I needed a smoke free, no pets, clean environment. They assured me it was. After I moved in, there were pets, and worse yet, it was roach infested. They have had the apartment treated multiple times yet every day, there are roaches running about. I kill an average of 10 roaches a day--guaranteed and those are the ones I can catch! I have to wash everything before I use it. There are roaches coming out of my TV, printer, rice cooker, magic bullet, electric kettle...out of the oven, the refrigerator, out of the drain in the tub, in the cabinets...it is INFESTED!! I am moving out now with no help from management to pay for this move. I've had to throw out so much because I can't afford to have the eggs come with me. I went to work and saw a roach come out of my bag!! Oh my goodness, this is a nightmare!! Please do not even entertain this property. From speaking to the maintenance folks, they were aware of the roach situation and yet, the management advertised it without the disclaimer. I have to wipe all of my books and items without openings or holes with Citronella oil and dropping roach tablets in all of my boxes just in case. NIGHTMARE! RUN! DO NOT LET THEIR "REMODELING" FOOL YOU...THERE ARE ROACHES INSIDE THE WALLS!
