ONLY TAXABLE, VERIFIABLE INCOME WILL BE CONSIDERED. • Deposit (equal to rent) must be paid in full within 24 hours to secure the property. The first application that is approved with a security deposit paid in full will secure the property in the cases of multiple applicants. • Within the last 5 years...no felony convictions, bankruptcy actions, or eviction actions; unpaid debts owed to other property agencies or landlords. • This is a drug-free and smoke-free home. • Minimum 12-month lease. • $45 application fee per adult, all adults moving in must apply. • All monies paid during the application process and once approved are non-refundable.
