This condo offers a private balcony and is situated just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and sugar-white sand. This condo features a full kitchen with all needed essentials, a spacious living and dining area, and comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms. Enjoy the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, and a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. Parking for 2 cars is included in the total amount, and a BBQ/grill area is available for shared use. Located in a resort with the Gulf of Mexico right behind it, you're just steps from sugar-white sand and sparkling waters. Adventure Island is a 1-minute walk away, and the Orange Beach Welcome Center and Romar Beach are within a 19-minute walk. Other nearby attractions include the Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum (2.5 miles), Gulf Shores Beach (4.2 miles), and The Wharf (6.5 miles). For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The pool heaters are turned on from November 1 to March 31 each winter. Any guests caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine. Radios, stereos, and other musical equipment are not permitted after 10:00 p.m. on the grounds, and noise levels must be moderated. Running is not permitted throughout the entire property, including hallways, parking lots, pool decks, and the lobby. Children are not permitted to play on the elevators, and parents will be held liable for their actions and/or damage caused by their children. No items are to be left in main walkways including wagons, floats, rafts, beach chairs, beach toys, and bicycles due to fire code. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space. This condo features free Wi-Fi, perfect for sunset playlists during long beach strolls.
