Located on Koa Ave one block from Waikiki Beach, this studio has been remodeled in September 2021 with with new kitchen cabinets and granite counters, a new two burner radiant cook top, new ceiling fan light, painted throughout, and comes with a refrigerator, microwave, full bath with a bathtub and vanity storage. One block from bus lines in many directions and a short walk to hotels, restaurants and the International Marketplace. A surfboard rental shop in the building and one next door. Unfortunately no parking but there's a long lanai for your bicycle and close to City bus lines. No pets and smoking. Apartment comes furnished includes all utilities except TV/cable/internet/phone.
