The home is a mix of students and young professionals (21 people total) and is conveniently located in the heart of downtown State College, making it easy to walk anywhere you need to go. ------- PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a house that a group of friends can exclusively rent out for themselves. Any interested tenant MUST APPLY to the home individually. We do have friends apply and join together, but rarely large groups. If you are unsure, please review the website at for more information. The house holds 21 people with 14 bedrooms (9 singles, 6 doubles) and 6 bathrooms. The home is three stories above-ground with a large basement and has plenty of common space for community events and the occasional late-night brainstorming session. The house has undergone significant renovations over the years and is a short 5 minute walk to Penn State's campus.
