There is a stacked LG washer/dryer in the laundry room and KitchenAid and LG appliances; gas stovetop & oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. This is the "country" with all the flora and fauna you can imagine; rabbits, a plethora of birds, including red tail hawks, Great Horned owls and lots of hummingbirds. There are also coyotes whose howls echo in the valley at night. Those interested should be aware that the neighbors have chickens and a rooster along a shared fence line. There's a private side yard with patio set tucked under an oak tree to take in the valley views. The property is shared with a Belgian Malinois dog who is very well behaved and loves people, renters must be dog friendly. The 2 acres is fenced and there is a manual gate at the main entrance to the property, adjacent to a shared parking area for up to two vehicles. There is a decomposed granite pathway to stairs that lead to the home. Excellent credit & strong references required. Deposit: $3,450.00 Application Fee: $55 per applicant Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional deposit. No smoking permitted. Water, trash, electric and propane are included but may incur a surcharge if consumption exceeds reasonable usage. Internet to be paid by tenant.
