There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
