There is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. You'll also have access to a free washer/dryer and the community amenity center/clubhouse. Enjoy access to a pool with a slide, lazy river, indoor playground, gym, restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop. There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for up to 10 people/wrist bands. Located within a gated community, you'll be within a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions just off the I4 and I192 in Orlando, and 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport. Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The townhome is not baby-proofed. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The check-out time is 10 AM. Staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
