Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, along with hangers and an iron. Enjoy access to the community pool with a slide, lazy river, gym, indoor playground, restaurant/bar, and ice cream shop. Parking is available with free parking on premises and free street parking. There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for up to 10 people/wrist bands. Regal Palms sits near the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and just a short drive from Disney World and other Orlando attractions, with convenient access to I4 and I192. The setting offers a quiet retreat where you can enjoy space, comfort, and the amenities of a well-loved vacation community. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Includes Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided.
