There are two staircases to the lower level, one off the front living room and the second in the back kitchen! The back staircase has a landing for garage access. The downstairs includes a family room and three more bedrooms with another full bath. The back family room even has a built-in wet bar! There is a storage shed in the shared side yard. This property does not have A/C. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 12-month lease minimum.
