Home to some of San Francisco's best restaurants and shopping, it offers easy access to tourist attractions. It is situated between Pacific Heights and Russian/Nob Hill, with many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and a movie theater just a half block away. Union Street, Polk Street, and Fillmore Street are within walking distance, and there is easy access to Muni on Van Ness. You can walk to two different Cable Car lines, and nine different bus lines are nearby. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Parties or gatherings are not permitted. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fee. Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation. A $75 fee plus shipping cost will be charged to cover the cost of returning any items left behind. There is a $75 excessive trash/disposal fee.
