About This Home
Victor Clothing Apartments is located in Historic Broadway District of Downtown Los Angeles. There is shopping, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. The Victor Clothing Building was previously known as the Hosfield Building which was built in 1914, annex to the 1888 City Hall, also known as City Hall North at that time. The building, famous for its murals on both sides is located next to the Historic Bradbury Building and across the street from Grand Central Market, The Million Dollar Theatre, and the newly renovated Pan American Lofts. The building is situated at the northern tip of the Historic Broadway Corridor. The Victor Clothing Building is a 5 story residential building with brick façade and the original sign and clock still remains. The interiors have been completely remodeled with modern finishes, two story townhomes, original crown molding throughout, and original tile in the elevator lobby area and main staircase.
Unit 506 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 story townhouse. We just put in new kitchen flooring and appliances. The unit is freshly painted and bright with great sunlight, and we just removed the carpet and did beautiful polished cement. Very urban and clean, and ready for move in!
242 S Broadway is an apartment community located in Los Angeles County and the 90012 ZIP Code.

Los Angeles sprawls across nearly 500 square miles between the Pacific Ocean and the San Gabriel Mountains, making it one of the few places where you can surf in the morning and hike through chaparral-covered hills by afternoon. Sunshine, open-air farmers markets, and a food scene that pulls from dozens of culinary traditions are a staple of living in the city.
Neighborhoods each have a distinct personality surrounding a particular focus, whether it be culture or nature. Westwood keeps residents close to entertainment at the University of Southern California and the Hammer Museum's rotating art exhibitions. Koreatown is a cultural and food destination, known for authentic restaurants and shops paired with a bustling street energy and nightlife.
The city overflows with iconic landmarks, from natural to man-made. Griffith Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country, offers hiking trails, sweeping skyline views, and the iconic Griffith Observatory.
