A $1200 deposit is required, $1100 of that is refundable upon moving out. References and an application are required. The unit is responsible for putting the utilities in their name. They are responsible for collecting utilities from the basement apartment. The upstairs (this unit) pays 60% of the utilities. The downstairs pays 40% of the utilities.
