PET POLICY: Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and for an additional fee and monthly pet rent. ALL pets/animals must be disclosed on the application. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3.5x the rent in combined monthly income (i.e. 3.5 x $1395.00= $4,882.50+) is REQUIRED! MINIMUM credit score of 610 is REQUIRED! Verified & approved rental/residential history- NO EVICTIONS IN THE LAST 5 YEARS! A criminal background check will be completed! NO vouchers or rental assistance will be accepted! NO CO-SIGNERS ALLOWED/ACCEPTED!
