All four bathrooms have walk-in showers, and there is a bonus bathroom located downstairs by the pool off the laundry room. Beach gear and beach towels are provided. Endless entertainment awaits with a private heated pool and spa, a putting green, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, and cornhole. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Parking is located behind the house and can fit up to 5 vehicles, accessible through the back alleyway. Enjoy the convenience of being just a block away from the beach, with local restaurants and shops also nearby. The neighborhood offers a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing beach getaway. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests must leave at check-out time, and there is a 5-car maximum for parking with no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. No more than 12 occupants are allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and possible lock change fee. Children must be supervised around the pool and spa area, and no diving is allowed.
