It sits on a quiet street but also has the convenience and fun of being close to DU. Little India, Roaming Buffalo BBQ, and Keith's Coffee are all within a block; Safeway and the long strip of restaurants and shops along Evans Ave are a short walk away. The owner is very quiet and lives upstairs, the two levels can't hear each other. - All utilities included (water, sewer, trash, recycling, internet, gas & electric). - No application fee. - Our management company is a small family owned business, not a big corporation, so you'll get a personal response. - Must be able to demonstrate that you make at least 3 times the rent in monthly income. - One year lease. - Approved small pets OK with $500 pet deposit. - One month deposit due upon signing of lease, and first month's rent before move-in. Coronavirus Policy: You will be required to wear your own mask while viewing the house. We will meet (one related group at a time) outside of the property.
