Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. Early check-in is available for $25 (1 hour early) or $50 (2 hours early). Late check-out is available for $25 (1 hour late) or $50 (2 hours late). Free street parking is available. Located in the heart of Chillicothe, this apartment is within walking distance of Yoctangee Park, the Majestic Theatre, the Pump House Center for the Arts, and the Ross County Heritage Center. You'll also be close to local restaurants and shops with plant-based options. Ross County Airport is a short 15-minute drive away. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is located outside. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, in addition to a $500 cleaning fee and a $500 house rules violation fee. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply, in addition to a $500 cleaning fee and a $500 house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason.
