Dennis O’Brien is an Associate Broker educated to practice what he preaches. He is an active participant in the art of the deal, currently owning three rental income properties and a primary residence in the adjoining “Jersey Shore” beach communities along with a Villa in Boca Raton, Florida. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management Science and Accounting, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Ocean County Board of Realtors and the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches. A resident for more than forty nine years, Dennis grew up with an appreciation for and enjoyment of the life at the seashore. While he may play hard at boating, fishing, kayaking or the pleasures of travel to Hawaii, Caribbean Islands, Europe and other Atlantic Coastal States; Dennis works even harder. He learned early in his career that a professional broker-salesperson builds a life-long relationship with his clients by providing loyalty, exceptional service and educating them about upcoming changes in the market conditions & community. He joined Re/Max of Long Beach Island because of their affiliation to a substantial network of agents to assist him in providing customer satisfaction in the real estate market and he takes pride in pointing out that they have sold properties ranging from tiny bungalows to multi-million dollar oceanfront and bayfront estates.
