About This Property

This bucolic setting and the 1792 gambrel farmhouse make this a rare rental. The home includes kitchen appliances, first floor laundry with washer, dryer. The landlord manages the snow and lawn. Inside you will find updated baths (with heated floors), a friendly country kitchen with woodstove (wood will be provided, if you choose to light the fire). Most of the first floor has wide pine floors and many original architectural features, while the second level features a lovely master bedroom, with recessed office area, carpeted landing, bathroom and a bedroom with lots of closet space. You will have a wonderful side yard to enjoy. The owner will require pasture access, from time to time to what is still a working cattle farm. Pets will be considered on an individual basis, you might even be able to bring your pony or horse! All applicants will be processed thru NTN, an online process. Each adult applying to pay a $25 non-refundable fee.
