The unit includes tile throughout with ceiling fans in all the rooms and central air. The kitchen has space for a dining area and includes your own washer/dryer for the unit. The kitchen includes a garbage disposal, refrigerator, glass top range and over the range microwave. It is a ground floor unit with off street parking our parking lot. Tenant pays for SRP electric while water, sewer, and trash are included. Security deposit is based on rental history with a minimum of $1800 but if there are issues with credit or rental history this may be increased to a maximum of $2700. This unit has passed section 8 inspection in the past and we are open to another section 8 tenant.
