Corinth offers excellent highway access, making it easy to explore Dallas and nearby attractions such as Old Alton Bridge, Corinth Community Park, and Lake Lewisville. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
