Responsive management, close to downtown, and access to public transport.
I’ve been living here for a year and still love it. The apartment is newly built, so everything looks modern, fancy, and very clean. The bus stop is right in front, which makes commuting to school easy and safe. The shared spaces are kept clean with a cleaning crew that comes every other week. The manager, Adam, is amazing. He is super helpful and always quick to respond. Everything is furnished including kitchenwares and mattress. Highly recommend it especially those who are looking for clean and safe apartment to stay.
Poor communication - they changed management and it is really tough to get to talk to them
