Both bedrooms have full attached baths, with an extra half bath for guests to use off of the living area. It is ~1600 sq ft. in size with a contemporary two-story layout. The unit has two walkout balconies, and two tandem parking spots in a gated garage. There is also an in-unit stacked washer dryer unit, and the kitchen comes with fridge, dishwasher, and gas stove. The condo is part of a four story, 22 unit complex managed by an HOA with great neighbors. This unit is located on the top floor, corner of the building. The newly constructed light rail stop is just downstairs from the condominium making trips to downtown LA or Santa Monica a great options for commuting to work, school, or a night out on the town.
