The fully stocked kitchen with island seating is ideal for casual breakfasts or cocktail hour. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during longer stays. Smart televisions are included in the living room and all bedrooms for your streaming enjoyment, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. A personalized concierge is available to help plan everything from dinner reservations to curated local experiences tailored to your interests. Onsite parking is not available, but several nearby parking garages can be recommended. Car services can also be arranged. Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the Starr Piano Building puts you steps away from the city's most iconic attractions. Just three blocks from Broadway and next to The Arcade, you're within easy walking distance of world-famous honky tonks, live music venues, rooftop bars, and legendary spots like Ryman Auditorium and Bridgestone Arena. The building sits next to The Arcade, a historic covered passage filled with local coffee shops, galleries, and boutique shopping. Whether you're catching a Titans game at Nissan Stadium, discovering local art at Fifth + Broadway, or grabbing a bite at one of the city's acclaimed restaurants, everything you love about Music City is right outside your door. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules or for excessive cleaning required. Renters must be at least 21 years of age and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
