About 24 S Holman Way Golden, CO 80401
The Cliffs @ 6th Avenue West. The rent is COMPLETE rent, no additional fees like most people advertise. Base rent for this unit is $1185 plus a $95 fee for provided water/heat/sewer, $5 for trash, and the upgrade fees for the upgraded unit/view, and the upgrade to a pet friendly unit (no additional monthly rent if you have one pet, breed restrictions apply). Deposit is based on your application. How are there no move in fees? Upon successful lease takeover, I will reimburse you for the admin fee ($300), application fee ($55/each adult) up to two people, utility transfer fee ($25) and gym key ($30). Thats up to $465 that you wont need to spend when moving in! I need a larger place which is why I need to move. The unit is pet friendly, and I wanted to get a pet, but have not, so no pets have lived in my apartment since it was renovated. If interested, you would simply have to apply through the apartment website, be approved and then the lease would be transferred to you, and then I reimburse you the move in expenses above. Lease takeover on my 1 bed 1 bath apartment. The lease is up in October 2016. Apartment is updated, carpeting/paint/kitchen is newly updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances are only a few months old. The only utility you need to pay is power which has been $20/month for me. The rent price includes both the upcharge for a pet friendly building and also a better view unit (the rates on the Cliffs website are the lowest, aka ground level with headlights from the parking lot shining into your windows all night. My floor plan is the Breckenridge, base rent is currently $1080, for a unit with a parking lot view in a non pet friendly unit not including utilities). If you check the Cliffs @ 6th Ave West listing and application/move in fees that are listed on this website, they are at least a few years out of date. Link to floor plans and current BASE rent prices. http://www.thecliffsat6thavenue.com/FloorPlans Great views of North Table Mountain, South Table Mountain and the front range. New tenant will have to apply with The Cliffs at 6th Ave and then take over the lease. Nice quiet apartment/building. First picture is the awesome view from the balcony, great sunrise/sunset views as well as watching the snow roll in. Walking access to Green Mountain Open Space, and great location, easy access to I-70, 470 and 6th Ave.

Golden sits fifteen miles due west of downtown Denver on Interstate 70, where the urban landscape begins to give way to the rugged beauty of the Front Range. Surrounded by huge parks full of hiking trails (and, of course, fairly close to several ski areas), Golden apartments are excellent for folks who like to spend their time outdoors.
Golden is famous as the home of Coors Brewing Company, but like many other Colorado communities there are several breweries around town.
