The gated community consists of spacious 2 units, with designated parking for each room and secured with surveillance cameras. This complex is exclusively for the students. Each unit is over 2150 square feet and has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms that are rented by the bedroom. Each unit has a common large kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a lot of shelving space and stainless-steel appliances. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is present in both units. A large common living room, one ½ bath, Kitchen & one bedroom is on first floor and 4 bedrooms are on 2nd floor of building. All bedrooms are spacious and have their own private full bathroom, walk-in closet which is secured by individual room locks. The monthly rent for one bedroom is $775/month for students with $775 deposit. Application fee is waived off until June 2023.
