Only the front balcony is accessible. The rear balcony is currently under renovation and must not be used, except in case of emergency exit. The apartment is located on Frontenac Street, in the vibrant and authentic Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) neighborhood. You’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the Frontenac Metro Station, making it easy to reach downtown, Old Montreal, and the city’s main attractions. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee and deodorization charges. Parties and events are not allowed. This is a residential building, and neighbors live here full-time. Please do not place garbage outside unless it is the scheduled collection day. Failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty. Pets are not allowed. Any undeclared animal will result in a $300 penalty per animal. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to a daily fee. The base price offered is for an established number of persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If you have a service animal, please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person/ per day will apply automatically.
