The are also two living rooms: upstairs is the TV lounge and downstairs is more for guests or reading. The casual dining is open to the kitchen. There's a graveled parking lot in back with a deck and two open sheds. The front yard is fenced, includes a long, wide porch with table and chairs. The home is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. All appliances provided; however tenant is responsible for maintaining the washer and dryer. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. This home has an EV charger! Pets considered on a case by case basis. Additional pet rent and refundable deposit. They must be adult, fixed and friendly. Dogs under 50 pounds. Pet application required via Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
