Standard cleaning fees cover the initial checkout clean; mid-stay cleans, deep cleans, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. For bookings made via certain platforms, additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may incur additional fees. A 15-minute grace period after the 10 am check-out is allowed, after which a $25 fee applies every 15 minutes thereafter. To accommodate early check-in or late check-out, an additional night may need to be booked. External CCTV and sound sensors may be activated for noise disturbances. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night applies for guests exceeding the property's bed count. Extension of stay requires ample notice and approval, with a standard two-night minimum applicable. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host; shipping charges will apply for returning found items. Electronic monitoring devices are used for safety and convenience, and guests are prohibited from tampering with them. Amazon Echo devices have a microphone mute button, and there are never interior cameras or recording devices.
