The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space with granite countertops and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave. There is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away beside the bathroom, which contains a granite countertop and tub/shower combination. The bedroom has the same high ceilings, a fan, and two windows allowing lots of light. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electric is the responsibility of the tenant, with water, sewer, trash pickup, and yard care included in the monthly rent.
