This is a spacious 4 bedroom / 2 full bath student-friendly whole house located less than 5 minutes to AppState and Caldwell Community College. The home sits about 2 miles from campus, just off the 105 bypass. Important: This is a whole house rental only—not by the bedroom. Your group will rent the entire home and decide how to split rent. The house features a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a comfortable living area, and a huge front sunny deck. No carpet - wood/vinyl floors. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and three bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one bedroom has a private bath, the other two share a hall bath). The lower level includes a fourth, larger bedroom that can also work well as a shared space or rec room (if 3 people renting) along with the laundry area. Additional features: Dishwasher Washer & dryer Water, sewer, trash, and yard maintenance included Very responsive local owner (not a large management company) Friendly, established neighborhood- This cannot be a party house. Rent is $2,500/month for the entire home (split however your group sees fit). Security deposit and last month’s rent due at lease signing. All applicants must have a lease guarantor. No furry animals allowed. No fraternity or sorority groups.
