About This Property

I am looking for someone to take over the lease for my portion of the unit. The unit is a 2 bed 2 bath unit. However, one bedroom and bath are being occupied by another tenant. The current tenant is a male of college age. We are looking for someone that is the same or close to the same demographic. I currently live out of state due to accepting a job. The photos in the listing is of the bathroom and room the new tenant will take over. It's located in downtown Salisbury walking distance from all bars and restaurants.
