I would love for you to visit and tour our beautiful community In addition to our spacious 2 & 3 bedrooms, we offer residents washer & dryer hook-ups, laundry room on site, central air and off street parking. We are pet friendly and the pet fee is $300 per pet one time at move in. Our 2 Bedroom apartments are priced at $660/$700 and our 3 Bedroom are priced at $750/$800 with water, sewage & trash included. You would only pay for electric & cable. Deposit is the same as rent. There are income & F/T student restrictions that apply and I would be happy to discuss these with you. Again, thank you for taking the time to consider our community as your next new home!
