Upgrades include, new counter top, new stove, new shower, refinished cabinets, new wood floors throughout living room, new carpet. This building is in an excellent safe, and quiet location. Building has friendly long-term family tenants. Also there is an onsite manager there M-F 9-5 and a 24 on site maintenance worker. Coin operated laundry is located in the rear of the building, as well as one storage locker. Tenant is only responsible for electric.
