Available December 5. Please note I'm also open to a 1 month sublet or week by week at $550/week through the holidays. All utilities included (including wifi). Asking first month and security (not for the holiday offer obviously). I'm subletting my leased 2 bedroom PARTIALLY furnished apartment. Sublet timing is flexible - even up to one year if you are the right fit. I'm looking for a flow / fit with (hopefully) a single other individual. You would have the 2 bedroom place to yourself 95% of the time but I'd like to reserve my bedroom for very occasional visits. The rest of the time you could use the 2nd bedroom / my bedroom for guests, or an office or as needed. Central yet private, quiet location, a few miles from downtown, Hollywood, Silverlake / Echo park and the 10, 101, 2, 5, and 134 Freeways. Coin laundry on-site. Street parking. 1 bath, large living room, cute kitchen with updated appliances. Bedrooms have double-wide closets. Living room has a beautiful piano I bought brand-new a few years ago, built-in ceiling wraparound bookshelves, matching velvet couch and chair, and wooden desk. Architecture is cozy, vintage hipster 1940's Hollywood vibe, back when things were designed to last and floors were real wood. I'm open to re-painting whole place simple white (and almost did) but decided not to because I actually love how cozy and cute it feels with the bright colors from one room to the next. Setting is very private, quiet, back-end on an accessible, dead-end alleyway, front-end shaded with trees and a gated, sloping front yard. There's a quiet, small courtyard and front porch area. Great neighbors in the surrounding complex, hard-working, friendly artists who keep a big veggie and flower garden in front yard and hang-out / grill spot in backyard. Electric and internet additional. Coin Op W&D on site. Street parking. No smoking, pets a possibility.
