The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and a fridge/freezer. Clean linens and towels are provided. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV is available for you to enjoy your own streaming channels using your individual credentials. Basic shampoo and shower gel are provided for guest convenience, along with hand soap, dish soap, and paper goods. This centrally located neighborhood is a safe and fun area to explore in Chicago. You'll be within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, theaters, parks, and bike trails. The California Blue Line station is also a short walk away, providing easy access to Downtown Chicago and O'Hare Airport. Street noise in the area isn't uncommon, especially being walking distance from the train station. For the comfort and safety of all guests, personal toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo are not provided. In monthly rentals, utilities are not included in the monthly rent and run for $300 per month. The utilities fee should be paid directly to the host during check-in. Late check-in fees apply for arrivals after 9 PM ($75) and after midnight ($100). This apartment is located one flight up and there is no elevator.
