About This Property

Sunny duplex in friendly and verdant Irvington neighborhood. Local schools are Irvington Elementary (5 blocks away), Harriet Tubman Middle school, and US Grant high School. Beautiful Irving Park is 5 blocks away. There is excellent access to shopping, restaurants , buses, and the MAX. We consider ours the most convenient location in Portland. There is lots of outdoor space with a shared front porch, a gated side walkway with a garage and private patio and garden. So much light from south and east windows. Hardwood floors throughout and a ceramic tiled fully functioning and newly cleaned wood fireplace. Just remodeled upstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Cozy efficient kitchen and a basement for storage and laundry. We, the landlords, live on the north side of the duplex and take pride in our rental and take very good care of our renters. The apartment is still occupied and soon will be freshly painted. Happy to show by appointment, just give us a few days to arrange with current tenant. Thanks for your interest.
