There is a shared entry door through the backyard, otherwise the units are separate. There is a cute little park just a block down the street to have fun outside! The house is centrally located in town and a near the 2 main hospitals. There is a nice sized backyard for any furry friends and a separate finished room w/ a doggy door if they'd like to stay outside while you're working. The washer and dyer will be shared w/ the main house, but it is located in the hallway right at the base of the apartment stairs so is easily accessible. Parking in the alley.
