About This Property
This apartment is located above a seperate 3 car garage next to our home. It is a studio apartment that comes furnished (sofa, king bed, dishes, coffee maker, night stands, mounted smart tv, dinette, etc.) and includes all utilities. There is a working stackable washer and dryer in the garage beneath the apartment to use. One parking space is allocated in our driveway and we are renting it to a single adult professional only. We live on a private cul-de-sac and have wonderful neighbors. Our last renter stayed for 8 years. We are open to shorter rentals (3 months and up) and would consider it depending on the circumstances. This studio apartment is perfect for someone relocating, traveling professional, or a college graduate/ someone just starting out. No children or pets. One single professional only with one vehicle.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
