You choose 2 laundry days, and it's all yours for those days. * Heating + Cooling * The apartment is very pleasantly temperate year-round. Central AC and heat included in rent. * Outside area* Cute stone patio outside area, perfect for a container garden, grilling, and a bench to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful shaded yard. We take care of yard work, raking, and snow shoveling. * Transportation * Walkable and bikable to UVA, UVA hospital, very close to Free Trolley stop, UVA + City bus lines, and Wegmans.
