The bedroom is spacious, and has ample closet space. All utilities are included (water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas). This property is pet friendly, but does require a non-refundable pet deposit. There is a $35 application fee required per any adult 18 years of age & older that will be occupying the property. Landlord requires a 640 or above credit score, Good and verifiable employment and rental history, and 3x rent monthly Salary. Being below required credit score, does not automatically disqualify an individual. However, if approved it would require first & last months rent, and a double security deposit and/or a co-signer that can meet all leasing requirements.
