Other nearby attractions include Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, and the Tampa Museum of Art. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. * Note: The “twin bed” listed as an additional bed in the common area is actually an air mattress.
