The apartment is approx 625 sqft, has laminate wood flooring, washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, air conditioning and off street parking. The appliances include a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer. The building is well insulated and the heating bills are very low. This is a non-smoking apartment. There is lots of closet space. This apartment is available now. The rent is $1575/month with a one year lease agreement, after which it converts to month-to-month. There is a refundable $35 application fee for credit and background check per applicant. Verifiable gross monthly income of 2 times monthly rent is required.
