Right off the main living room, head into the large, fully loaded kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. It’s equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the gorgeous granite counters offer lots of space. Bask in all the natural light coming in through the large windows as you enjoy your meal in the breakfast area with great views of the backyard, or have your meals in the lovely formal dining area around the large table. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, each with great furniture, lavish bedding, and stunning décor and accessories. The 2.5 bathrooms are clean and nicely updated, with both full baths featuring double vanities and impressive walk-in showers, as well as a soaking tub in the master bathroom. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is gas operated, and guests should only use it if familiar with its operation, doing so at their own risk and not leaving it unattended. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.
