Spacious Living Room: The living room is generously sized at 25.5 ft by 11.5 ft, offering plenty of space for a living area and dining setup. South-facing windows bring in natural light throughout the day. Kitchenette: Features a new deep kitchen sink and faucet, full-sized dishwasher, refrigerator, integrated butcher block cutting board, microwave, and ample storage cabinets. Additionally, enjoy the New Extra Large Air-Fryer, New Double Hot Plate, and New Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration system for added convenience. Arrangements can be made with the upstairs tenants to use a full-sized stove/oven when needed. Room for Rent: The private room measures approximately 11.5 ft by 12 ft, with west- and north-facing windows that keep the room darker in the mornings, perfect for those who prefer a cozier space. Note: The second room in the basement will remain unoccupied until an egress window can be installed. There is currently no set timeline, as we are awaiting estimates for the job. Until then, the basement will be a private space with the exception of the shared laundry area. Bathroom: The bathroom offers a good-sized linen closet, vanity drawers, and a small cabinet for toiletries. The basement bathroom will be shared with a future tenant. As stated above there is no current timeline for the other room to be occupied as we are waiting on estimates for window installation.
