About This Property

Check out this cute semi-detached single level rental. This home features two bedrooms, two bathroom and is located close to all shopping and amenities. This home also has a nice size sun room, living room, kitchen, one car garage, large storage shed and fenced in yard. Extra fridge that is in the laundry room stays along with the washer and dryer. Currently one of the back burners on the oven is not working but owner is working on getting that fixed. Both fridges have the Ice/water on the door but that is non working. The front yard will be getting fixed up in the spring. Pet friendly rental which is hard to find, NO breed restrictions, but there is a limit of two pets. Pet deposit is non-refundable and is $250 along with pet rent of $25 per pet, per month. A few pictures of the inside will be uploaded asap. This rental is going active now but will not be available until APRIL 15th, could be slightly sooner but as of now that is the date it will be available.
