This location is a short walk to the famous boardwalk on the ocean, Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. All pools will be closed from December 8–24, 2025. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Upgraded internet is available. [SI]
